To choose the right martingale size, measure your dog’s neck where the collar will sit. Use a flexible tape measure (or a ribbon/shoestring + ruler) and make sure you can fit two fingers between the collar and your dog’s neck when adjusted—that ensures a comfortable, secure fit.
Our martingale collars are designed to sit loosely on the neck and tighten gently when tension is applied.
XXS (3/4" wide): neck size 9"-11.5"
XS (3/4" wide): neck size 12"-15"
small (1" wide): neck size 12"–15"
medium (1" wide): neck size 14"–18"
large (1" wide): neck size 17"–23"
Please allow 10 business days for us to make and ship your collar. If you are unsure of your pup's size, please add the measurements in the notes field during checkout or drop us a line at hello@majordarling.com.
Our custom collars are made to order, and returns are subject to a 10% custom order fee to help us cover the extra labor required. Please make sure to measure your pup for correct sizing. We are happy to do fee-free exchanges for different sizes or colors within 14 days of receiving your order.
