Collar + Leash Warranty

We make our collars and leashes to be used, loved, and taken on plenty of adventures.

If your collar or leash fails because of a manufacturing defect or hardware defect, we’ll repair or replace it at no charge. This includes issues such as faulty stitching, defective snaps or hardware, or other problems caused by how the item was made.

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by chewing, cutting, excessive abrasion, improper use, or damage caused by a dog or other outside force.

Chewed it? We’ve been there.

Dogs make questionable decisions sometimes. If your collar or leash has been chewed beyond repair, send us a photo and we’ll offer you 30% off a replacement.

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us with your order information and a photo of the item. We may ask for additional photos so we can determine whether the issue is a manufacturing defect, normal wear, or accidental damage.

Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and does not cover lost or stolen items.
