Shipping policy

We ship out most orders within 2-5 business days, excluding made-to-order custom collars and leashes, which ship in 5-10 business days. We can usually accommodate rush requests — just reach out to us at hello@majordarling.com if you have questions.

Once your order ships, you should get an automated notification with tracking information. (Sometimes this ends up in spam.) If you haven't heard anything from us and it has been over 5 business days (10 business days for custom orders), contact us and we'll be happy to help!
